Question:

How much weight can I lose in 1 week if I eat only vegetables?

I would eat one serving of vegetables (any kind except potatos and corn) every 2 hours (approximently 30 calories). To be honest, I probably wouldnt work out eathier. My first meal would be at 10am-ish and the last at like 6.

So, how much could I lose in a week?

  1. well it wouldnt be healthy because though veggies are good for you, its still not a balanced diet.

    and i really dont know whether youd lose weight or not... but if you did, maybe a couple pounds or so.  


  2. All you would achieve with this would be to loose weight due to your body consuming the proteins from your muscles.. so you would loose muscle mass, not fat.

    That is really a bad diet.

  3. All you will lose is water and muscle on this diet. It will also damage your metabolism. Your body will go into starvation mode and store every calorie you eat during - and for a while after - the diet. You'll end up gaining more.
