I'm 15 years old and school starts again in under 2 weeks. During the summer holiday I've lost some weight and also toned up quite a bit. But it's still not as much as I want to. I still have "flab" on the chest area (small man-b***s) and I also have a bit of a belly. I don't want to do anything extreme that could affect my health, but I'd like to lose a bit more weight before I return to school. Any ideas/tips on what to do?
