Okay so im 15 years old, and i only weight 118 pounds. I go to the gym monday, wednesday, and thursday. I do some upper body machines, and the ab crunches. I recently started trying to eat more protein last week. My normal day goes as this:

5:45 Cereal

10:30 Pizza, coolies, and pretzels at school

3:00 peanut butter sandwich and banana (btw the peanut butter is crunchy is that healthier)

3:30 Scoop of peanut butter

5:00 Dinner such as sandwich, mozzarella sticks, or chicken sandwich

6:00-7:30 gym

8:00 Ice cream w/ peanut butter on top (not already on there)

Is this fine? What else can i do for more protein/gain weight? BTW im only 15, and no protein powders or anything like that... Im 5'8

Also please tell me some other ways for protein (dont tell me like make fish or something cause im only 15 >.> i mean like easy stuff that like ev 1 has at their houses ^^)

Also, maybe u could tell me how mnay grams of protein i should eat and how many carbs? currently trying to ear like 60 protein a day, kinda hard to eat that much tho, but im tryin =]

  1. What is your age again? Just joking! :)

Well, being 15 you probably have a very fast metabolism. That is partially why you can't gain weight...your body is burning up whatever you eat way to quickly. All in all, peanut butter is a very good source, but having it three or four times a day isn't all that healthy. There really aren't, however, that many other things that have protein that you can make. Nuts are probably something you can just buy or ask your parents for. Meat, though, in moderation is the best source.

    Good luck!
