I am planning on trying to lose some weight. By dieting and doing the activities and exercises i should be doing per day.
Diet:
NO sugar
Hardly any carbs
LOW fat
LOW or NO Sodium
NO CANDY,POP, OR ANY JUNK FOOD.
3 small-medium meals a day. (breakfast,lunch,small-med. dinner)
Activities (per day):
Walking 2 miles a day, for about 30-45 mins a day.
Riding a bike for about 30 min. a day.
Exercising (crunches,weightlifting,etc.), for about 30-45 mins a day.
Playing a game of basketball, for about 25-35 mins a day.
By what i've told you how long do u think it will take to lose about, 20-30 lbs.
