how much weight can I lose by:*drinking water instead of eating a snack (i'll eat fruit but not like cheetos or something)*exercising for 30 minutes a day (strength training, cardio and elliptical bike)*cutting out pop (except like every now and then....)*eating fruits whenever i get hungry (not including breakfast/lunch/dinner)i know i sound conceited and im not looking for compliments (u shoudnt give me any anyways..)i just wanted to know how much weight i can lose by doing all this? my goal is to lose enough by november...approx. how much will i lose?
