Question:

How much weight can i lose in a week or two?

if i run everyday for about 30-45 minutes?

i'm not really fat,it's mostly my stomachi want to work one.but i know you can't spot reduce,so i'm trying to reduce fat all over.

not only running,i might play some ddr.

oh,and of course i'll eat heathier.

so how much could i lose?

It's different for everyone, so you'll just have to try it out and see what happens.  For myself, when I ran on the treadmill for an hour each day, after 2 weeks, I didn't lose any weight at all.  But after more time passed my weight started dropping, so far it's been 5 weeks, but I've only lost 5 pounds. Of course, you have to eat healthy, and not eat late at night, and drink lots of water, and get plenty of sleep to maximise your results.

  4. The safe amount of weight to lose in a week in 1-2lbs so in 2 weeks that is a max of 4lbs. But every persons body is different so give or take a pound or 2 is probably pretty accurate.
