Question:

How much weight can i lose in one week?

OK So i'm 14 and i can't buy anyhting.

and i can't go to the gym.

and i only have one week to fit into my clothes

If I ate healthly with no junk food and drank 12 cups of water a day or more, would i lose a lot of weight.

i need some tips on loosing weight.(mostly on my thighs)

please if someone talks about exercise explain what type

and any secrets that will help me shed more pound.

I know this sounds urealistic but i'm going to boarding school and i need to be able to wear my clothes.

and one jean size too big

and i only have a week

i know it won't be healthy

but i have no choice.

  1. 12 cups of water is 96 ounces... Thats way too much. You would probably drown, or gain water weight. You need to drink 6-8 cups of water, and eat healthy, and exercise. You can only lose 3 lbs in one week that way. That is healthy weight loss. You do not want to lose more than that, or its unhealthy.  You need to jog around your block a few times a day, and do cardio, jog in place, do lots of stretches, do lunges, and dance. Dancing is easy. doing this the healthy way will lose you 3 lbs a week. But the first week you usually do not lose any. So you should have thought about this sooner. Just keep it up and you will lose weight.


  2. One thing is sure, don't over expect to lose drastically in a healthy way. You are too young to take big risks.

    Walk as much as you can, three times a day is superb.

    Eadt as much as you can raw vegetables.

    Stay outdoors doing your brisk walking, early in the morning then at noon and late afternoon.

    If you can try climbing stairs, it helps trimming your thighs.

  3. Eat 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours.

    Run, or do Cardio for 30-60 minutes each day.  (Or Yoga, or whatever, but get some major exercise.)

    If you starve yourself your body will cling to the fat like a lifeline.

    This is your best bet.

  4. It's not healthy for you to lose more than 2 pounds a week so don't do anything drastic...
