I know when you lose weight you lose weight everywhere.But i mainly want to lose weight on thighs and very quickly.I only have a week before i got back to school and i need to be able to wear my clothes.I need to go down half a jean size. Is that too much.I'm 14 os i can't but loads of stuff or go to the gym.I know losing weight the rigth way takes timebut really need to now.any good tips for food and exercise.i don't have equitement at home so need something i can do on my own.Tell me about past experiencesAll comments are appriciatedand 5 stars for the answer that really helps methank you
