Question:

How much weight can i lose in one week.?

I know when you lose weight you lose weight everywhere.

But i mainly want to lose weight on thighs and very quickly.

I only have a week before i got back to school and i need to be able to wear my clothes.

I need to go down half a jean size. Is that too much.

I'm 14 os i can't but loads of stuff or go to the gym.

I know losing weight the rigth way takes time

but really need to now.

any good tips for food and exercise.

i don't have equitement at home so need something i can do on my own.

  1. It is dangerous if you lose more than 2 pounds a week. But try these exercises to lose fat off your legs.

    Find 2 songs that are 3 minutes long and 2 songs that are 2 minutes.

    3 minute song- do squats the whole time through

    3 minute song- try doing the chair sit the whole time (like you are sitting on a chair with your back against the wall but there is no chair)

    2 minute song- leg lifts on right leg (lay on your left side and slowly raise your right leg up in the air, lower it, then raise it again)

    2 minute song- leg lift on left leg (same as right leg but opposite)
