How much weight can lose if i do cheerleading ?

well im just wondering i have cheerleading monday - friday this week and i cheer outside for 2 hours a dayy . how much weight do you think i will lose ?

  1. Cheerleading is cardio. Assuming that you'll be having 1-2 hours I'd say you'd burn around 300-500 calories per session if it's high energy. For weight loss you also have to pay attention to what you eat. As an active female you should shoot for around 1800 calories per day, but don't go below 1200. Only take the amount I mention with a grain of salt however, I don't know your current height or weight so the numbers might be way different for you.


  2. 5-10 pounds, depends on how hard u work.

    but make sure u eat the same amount and maybe more, cuz u can lose weight FAST cheerleading, and sometimes thts not so good.
