  2. Its not healthy to lose weight quickly slow paced always wins =P start by eating healthy and having a walk everyday,Go from there and maybe get a trainer or sign up at a local gym, you wouldn't want to lose weight quickly because that will cause you problems with your body  

  3. i do both of those a few times a week for increased flexibility to prevent muscle injury and get a long lean look. but didnt lose much weight from that alone, you need to get your heart pumping. until i added intervals and cardio i didnt see much of a difference. you cant lose more then 2lbs of fat a week, any more and its most likely muscle or water your losing. when you start working out you may gain some weight on the scale but lose inches.

    i stopped weighing myself all together and started going by the measuring tape and how my clothes fit.

    muscle weighs more then fat and burns fat even when your not working out! losing weight fast is a bad idea also because it  can cause more stretch marks. take your time, and most of all have fun with it! keep you body challenged by switching your workouts often and you will see a major difference pretty fast! :)
