i think it depends on the person on how much they would loose. id say maybe 5 or 6 in 2 weeks? but im not sure.

It's actually 8 pounds maximum (approx.) and that's if you eat absolutely NOTHING.

My advice is to just eat lightly, have absolutely NO junk food. NONE. And excercise often.
