How much weight do I have to lose?

I know I'm a little on the heavy side, but I dont really know how much weight I should lose. I want to start with a small goal and work my way up. Thanks for answering.. (sorry I dont have a scale so I cant tell you how much I weigh.)

  1. if only u tell me how many ponds r u i iwll help u see how many pounds u will lose!  start losing 5 pounds n see wut happens


  2. you don't look very heavy at all.maybe if you really want to lose weight maybe 5-10 lbs but honestly you look fine the way you are but whatever floats your boat :D

  3. Start with 10 one month or so, then 10 the next, maybe 12 the 3rd time, but honestly i don't think you have to lose a lot more!  

  4. You can't really answer this question with pounds.

    if you're worried about aesthetics or what have you, then this question is impossible to answer.

      A lot of the time, you'll see someone who seemed a little over weight, but then they seem like they lose a TON of weight, but really it's probably only like 10-15 pounds.

    Its based on a fitness level. So don't really worry too much about what your scale says-

    just get out there, exercise and all that jazz, and you'll look and feel better.

      but if you want to set a goal for yourself-

    Realistically go for like two pounds a week. Doesn't sound like much, but it sure does add up.
