  1. 4-5 kg

  2. Wow you look average too me. In my opinion, none. Just eat right, and get physical exercise 3 times a week, to maintain your figure.

  3. Umm you look pretty normal to me.. just find out your weight and height then google it and see if your healthy. If your not, lose however much you need.

  4. looking at the picture you're just fine. i think you shouldn't change the way you look unless you feel its whats best for you to do.

if so than i say 5-7 pounds. not that much because you look like you don't need to lose any weight.

  5. Unless you weigh 200lbs or upwards, I wouldn't really worry about it, just get into running, swimming, skating, cycling.. anything athletic will never hurt, but as far as weight loss goes, maybe 20 lbs. Don't focus on the weight just get active, you'll feel better, and as long as you eat healthy and stick with it, the weight loss will be icing on the cake!

    Good Luck!

  6. Sorry i cant be specific i'm not very good at this. If i said a certain amount i dont really know hat that would mean.

But you dont look like you need to loose weight. If you really do, then i would suggest doing some cardio and then just try and tone up. But i really wouldnt worry much if i were you, you dont look overweight in that pic.  :)

    Good Luck

  7. i say about 10 - 20 pounds, but it all depends on how long you are willing to take. but you dont look that bad

  8. Morgan, Your question can't be answered by just looking at your picture. I've read the responses you've received so far, and many are guesses. I agree with those that say you don't look as though you need to lose, but that loose T-shirt doesn't help. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to take your BMI.(body mass index). Take your weight in Kg, and divide it by your height in meters squared. A BMI of 20 to 25 is normal, and 25 to 30 is considered overweight....but even this can be inaccurate if you're a weight lifter. For example, I have a BMI of 27.5, and I'm very muscular. Muscle weighs more than fat which throws off the calculation. Schwartzenegger probably has a BMI of 30 or more. Okay, take your weight in pounds and divide it by 2.2. Next, take your height in inches, (example: 5'10" =70"), and divide it by 39.4. Square this number. take your first number, which is now your weight in Kg., and divide it by the second. If you're over 25, you could lose a few lbs. If you do decide to lose, don't drop more than a pound a week! Good luck.

  9. Really you don't look that overweight.

    I'd say 10-15 pounds.

    Good Luck.

  10. none

  11. honestly not much.

    no more than 20-25ish.

    youre not fat.

  12. 7kg you would look fully ripped..

  13. Forget it.  Don't drop any.  Just exercise.  You're not fat at all.
