How much weight do you think i would lose?

I dont want to here if its healthy or not just wut do u think

morning 1 mile walk

breakfest- egg white light wheat bread w/ water

lunch- egg whites light wheat bread w/ water

dinner- egg whites light wheat bread w/ water

night 1 mile walk

through out the day i drink water

i am 18 weigh 183 and 5'5

how much do you thin i would lose in a week and total in a month

  2. depends if ur female or male....but ur meal plan is scaring me! first of all egg white n bread with water is like gruel, no nutrients n even enough calories to keep ur metabolism going...heres the truth if u cut calories-yes u will lose weight gradually but then do u want to eat like this for the rest of ur life? i mean cutting calories lower metabolism so basically ur body is becoming unhealthy to adjust to ur small meal, n second waking one mile is not even exercise...i REALLY suggest u talk to nutritionist about getting right meal plan, eat healthier, but just exercise more-like maybe an hour or two a day...pick up a sport, basketball or swimming are always great choices, instead of ur plan follow a nutritionist's plan n u would lose weight efficiently n make it stay off...coz later if u go with ur plan u will gain it all back whether u like it or not-its literally a "rebound effect"

  3. well u may not want to hear that its not healthy but you should open your ears and listen to it anyway

    you can only figure out the weight loss by dividing the calorie intake by expenditure and realize that one pound of fat is 3500 calories

    now the basics out of the way, u do a plan like this, you will lose weight but it wont stay off and you're going to be screwed the next time around, your body is going to starve, you are missing major nutrients and you will not be able to do your mile walks and you will get injured and as soon as you start adding more calories and foods back to your diet, your weight is going to back back on, you wont be able to eat like this forever

    plus, even in the short term, this plan is a recipe for disaster, you will fail, trust me, thats why fads dont work

  4. everything is good eccept your food ideas

    eat some good healthy cereal and some milk or water

    for lunch,eat a gronola bar

    and for dinner, eat a salad,you can even make it a chicken salad,its still healthy

  5. honestly, you won't lose much by routinely eating the same meal and doing the same exercises.

    while egg whites are healthy, try incorporating chicken or turkey into meals. if you have a desire for eggwhites, make eggwhite omelets by skipping the cheese and adding some veggies to it.

    also, walking is definitely better than not doing anything but 2 miles a day isn't burning a whole lot of calories. if you're just getting into the swing of things, start off at 2 miles a week and then work your way up.
