  1. Probably at the beginning you'll lose 5 or 6 pounds a week.  After a week or two, though, if you're being healthy about it most people say around 2 pounds is safe per week.

It really all depends on your body though.  If you only had extra weight on you because you ate at McDonald's every day, and then you completely stop eating bad food...you'll lose weight faster.  That's easy.  If you're like most of us though, and it just takes diet and exercise, expect around 3 pounds a week.

    Good luck!

  2. 1-2 lbs a weeks is considered safe and healthy.  Also at that pace, your body can keep up better, shrinking the skin along with the shrinking body.  People who lose 5 lbs a week get the layers of lose skin and usually need surgery to have it removed.

  3. Around 3-5lbs is considered healthy.

  4. Only 2 pounds per week.

  5. 1-2 lbs per a week, the human body can only can not lose more than that in a week, if you do, it is not fat that you will be losing, and it will return quickly added with more weight.

  6. Two pounds (or 1 kilogram) of weight loss is generally considered to be healthy weight loss. There is no point in losing weight if you are not going to do it right. Otherwise you will just gain it back and then some.

Dramatic weight loss is shockingly bad for you. This wrecks your metabolism and irreversibly damages your immune system. When faced with an intensive calorie restriction, your brain immediately thinks you are starving and sends your body directly into famine mode.

Your metabolism slows and your body does its utmost to preserve precious fat stores. It starts to use up fat burning muscle tissue for fuel instead of life-saving fat which slows your metabolism even further.
