  1. You need to take yourself to the brink of death and then still refuse food. You are a very reasonable weight, any less and you will run into trouble should you ever get sick.

  4. As many have said before, Mary Kate Olsen is actually anorexic. So she is actually skinny to the point of being bones. To be exact she's been entered for treatment fairly recently and she was hospitalized in Nov 2007 for a kidney problem.

    Somehow, I doubt you quite want to be that skinny with that many health problems.

    To be honest, I am your height (it's annoying cause I technically shrank an inch) and I am a pound lighter and I'm fine. I doubt count as fat nor skinny to the point of bones and half my friends for some crazy reason think I'm supposedly perfect. My BMI is close to twenty and I am within the lower half of the range for my weight according to many sources.

    But anyhow, it's your life and your choices. I'm not going to help you get anorexic though, that's just starve yourself and die.

    ^At this point can I exaggerate that it asks you to start at a lower pace before gradually doing the time it says. So don't just throw yourself in the deep end.

    If you snack alot the best way to lose weight is to quit snacking, particularly if it is on stuff like chocolate and biscuits and crisps and as such. This does not mean cutting out the carbohydrates though. Then you would have no energy. It also does not mean stop eating altogether, you require ample amounts of each food group and that site has basically got the idea (also as much as don't eat fat is a good idea, do eat a little or you are going to look like you 211231). (I just fished it out of nowhere but it is pretty reasonable).

    But yeah, that's as good as I'm gonna give, I am not going to tell you to starve yourself or quit drinking water or take some lame fad diet that isn't going to do much. The rest is up to you.

    But seriously, you should be fine right now.
