1. it would depend on what you did during this period. If you just sat around you would lose less as you wouldn't be burning any calories (energy). If you were exercising you obviously would lose more. The amount depends on how your metabolism works, some peoples are faster than others. However, if you ate nothing you would feel quite ill with a pounding headache. And the weight you lost would mainly be fluid which you would immediately gain as soon as you started eating

  2. yeah i tried that, i ended up at the GP

your body will think that it's on a starvation thingy and it will do everything to hold the fat you already have even make you feel lazy so you dont burn calories, i suggest that u do like me im about to loose my 3rd kilo in 2 weeks,

ride the bike for an hour or run for 20 minutes a day and eat ALL types of food except raw fat in small 4 portions aday, this way you burn all you eat AND your body gets just about enough it's needs, do that for a month and u should be loosing at least 3 kilos, i am probably going to loose more but thats only becuase my body is larger and got more fat to burn than u do, im 14 and i wiegh 72kgs

    good luck

  3. why is it loose?

  4. I actually don't think you would loose that much weight. I know, as you do that starving yourself is bad... So it shouldnt matter :) lol

  5. not a lot

if you were to not eat and do a tonne of running and exercise then you will lose more but also more than likely die

  6. You might lose 4-6 lbs consisting of primarily fecal matter and muscle. Your digestive system would empty and your body would start cannibalizing itself for fuel, starting with the muscle, then organs.
