  1. First of all you not stop eating. That is a terrible way to loose weight. You&#039;ll just gain it back later when you eat again. So, you should just eat less of the same food that you always eat.You can halt on the fast food, and do not eat past 8:00


  2. well you shouldnt stop eating it isnt good for your body at all. tryt o eat 5 to 6 meals a day. small portions spacedout between 2 to 3 hours. dont eat late night because most of your food is kept and converted in bodyfat. try to eat and apple or any other fruit late night. or a protein drink or milk. these dont get turned to body fat because there proteins and your body needs them while your sleepinf for 8 hours at night. try to eat fruits and vegis. and also chicken.fish.tuna as well as carbs and goodfats.
