  2. your BMI is 20.5.  Normal is 18.5-24.9.  You do not need to lose weight.  period.  Have your parents take you to your doctor to talk about your weight if you don't believe me.

    now, a 15 yr old girl with your stats needs Maintenance: 1749 Calories/day Fat Loss Range: 1080 - 1399 Calories/day

    So if your eating 1500 calories, you should already be in the fat loss range - but if you have constantly kept yourself at that range your body could very well be in starvation mode - and has changed your base metibolic rate to be lower to survive on fewer calories.  Your exercise isn't listed, so I don' t know how many calories you are burning.  Running burns more than yoga which burns more than a walk.  You can calculate how many you are burning, and look at your daily caloric requirements again.  

    I would be VERY careful.  If you start to deprive your body at this stage, you could be setting yourself up for some serious health problems in the future.  and I absolutely promise you, in 10 years, you'll be kicking yourself for not being happy at your current weight.  WHen I was in HS, I was just a 1/2 shorter than you (ok I still am) and 15-20lbs heavier.  I thought I was huge.   I was on comparison to the other kids who were all rails.  But I was still with in the range of normal.  I wish I could go back to myself at that point and say you are beautiful just the way you are.  I spent too many years hating my body for what it wouldn't do (lose weight) not what it could do.

    Please, get a reality check.  You are 100% fine just the way you are!
