  1. Thats a terrible idea considering you might shed a couple of pounds but after you finish those 5 days you'll probaby gain the weight back with a little more weight than you had to begin with. There are no short cuts to dieting do it right or dont do it at all.

  2. The best way to manage your weight is to eat balanced diets.  The amount you loose in 5 days will depend on the condition of your metabolic system and what you eat.  Starvation is not a good way to loose weight.  The following infomation will help you to see how you can loose your weight in a healthy way.

There is no need to worry about the amount of calories you consume as about eating the proper foods.  Rotate your foods, and be sure to eat a variety of foods.  Eat meals that consist of a balance of proteins, complex carbohydrates, and some fat.  Proteins can increase your metabolic rate by as much as 30%, and help to balance the release of insulin by prompting secretion of the pancreatic hormone glucagons.  Protein-induced glucagons, mobilizes fats from the tissues in which it is stored, thus aiding in weight loss.  By eating balanced meals you get more steady blood sugar levels and the ability to burn stored body fat for long-term weight loss.  Eat mainly plant proteins, such as nut, seeds, and grains.

Eat fresh fruits and an abundance of raw vegetables.  Have one meal each day that consists entirely of vegetables and fruits.  Use more low calorie vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green beans, kale, lettuce, onions, radishes, spinach, and turnips.  Eat more of the low calorie, low-carbohydrate fruits including,  apples, cantaloupe, grapefruit, strawberries, and watermelon.

Eat foods raw where possible.  Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water each day.  Also include home made fruit juices and vegetable juices in your diet.  Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables - at least all kinds that you can get your hands on.  Just eat more of the low cal., low carb ones.  And do not forget to take exercise.

  3. maybe 3 lbs or so...

    not that much.

plus itll just mostly be muscle and water. not fat.

so errr. wouldnt suggest it.. because once you start, you cant stop, unless you want to gain more than you did to begin with.

  4. According to my calculations, you'll lose about 100 pounds.

  5. a bit of water weight mostly, nothing in the long term

  6. Other than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body.

The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.

Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:

First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.

Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone's body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body's reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one's body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.

Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.

Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

  7. you will die

  8. depends on how ,much s*x are you going to have?

s*x is good for lossing weight

  9. That's not healthy, but if you do it just for 5 days, probably 3-10 lbs.

  10. the best idea is to exersize:D go to a gym run outside be active its very healthy:D. it not good for you if you dont eat anything u may die the best thing is to do is eat healthey and exersize:D

  11. You won't lose any fat (you might actually gain some), but you will lose some muscle and some water weight.

  12. That,s NOT a good way to lose weight. You will lose it fast but you will also feel tired and cranky!!Trust me,been there done that!!I,m trying the new supplement  called ACAI berry(pills)I,ve lost 7 pounds in almost two weeks. So,take my advice, exercise and don,t starve yourself!! :)

  13. thats not healthy... but we've all been there. the most ull loose is like  5 lbs, and ull have water retention, and then ull gain it back

  14. well it really depends, because different people lose weight differently.

    =]]

  15. its hard

  16. You'll probably end up gaining water weight,

So it's best if you just eat healthy small portions and exercise don't risk it by just drinking water

  17. nothing

  18. depend on body type and it varies from person to person. Most people would lose on average about 10-15 pounds, but 300-400 cals a day is very unhealthy considering that we should be living on average of 2,000 cals a day. If you want to lose weight and keep it off I would rec amend exercising also.

  19. i would say not count calories at all...just eat balanced portions of carbohydrates, protein and vegetables 6 times a day...you must exercise too in order to burn the calories consumed...

  20. the most you can healthily lose is 2 pounds a week

  21. 3500 calories equals one pound. I wrestled and i lost nine and a half in less that two days. But it wont be permenent at all, as soon as you start eating it will come back. Let me tell you something else, you will feel S****y. Also its not very healthy, and the only way i lost that much weight is by sweating and not eating much or drinking much, the water is what makes the scale look heavy. All in all my conclusion is this, honestly, you may look slighty more skinny, but it wont be a healthy look, also you will feel horrible, and in the end you shouldnt do it, but if you want to go ahead.

The right way to go is just to run a  couple of miles everday, maybe do a little abdominal work, you'll feel greattt about yourself and will be healthy and good looking.

  22. not enough. dont eat any solid foods. you'll lose a lot of weight. just go on a liquid diet (soup water milkshakes)...it will have a better effect.

  23. Omg that is NOT healthy! You will develop an eating disorder! You need 2,000 calories a day, (most common amount), and you nedd more than water.

Oh and also water has no calories, so you would be taking in none.

Still if you do, you would probably gain because water weighs a lot more than food!!!

  24. you have to lose more calories than you gain in a day if you want to lose weight. it's not healthy to just drink water. in other words, you need to have a balanced diet with a little bit of everything. its not quantity its quality! otherwise, you would lose about 5 pounds if you drank just water in 5 days, which is not a very healthy way to lose weight. good luck!

  25. wow, thats unhealthy, lol, gain muscle instead,xD

  26. Like 10-15!!!! for sure, but i am sure ur gain it all back +more

Well There are 6 things u can do:

    http://www.everydiet.org/diet/3-day-diet

    2) You can do the Atkins Diet and eat only 10g of carbs a day like eggs, hot dogs and all proteinsu would like, but i probably wont recommend this, because ull increase u cholestrol, but u will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks

    3) You can do the 7 day diet, which also works like a charm, its hard to stick on BUT U get good results:

DAY 1- ALl fruits u want except banans (EAT ONLY FRUITS)

DAY 2- Eat all vegetables u want (NO POTATO NO CORN)

Day 3- Eat all veges and fruits (NO POTATO< BANANAS< AND CORN)

DAY 4- 3 glasses of skim milk and 3 bananas

Day 5-7: 3oz of protein plus unlimeted Green vegges

LOSE 10-17 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!

    6) Lose 2-3 pounds of week! by eating 1200-1500 cals and excersising

GOOD LUCK TO U! AND I HOPE U GET GREAT RESULTS

    HOPE I HAVE HELPED

  27. That is being binge. Not recommended.

There is no short cut in achieving BMI at the healthy range. Weight loss is gradual process involving lifestyle changes. To lose weight, make sustainable changes to eating and exercise habits.

The amount and type of food taken determines the energy (calorie) intake. Energy in food comes from carbohydrates, protein and fat. There is weight gain when consistently intake of calories is more than the physical activity.

  28. 8lbs....once you eat you gain it back....trust me, cus i've done that by accident, as in recovering from a hangover, and i lost about 7lbs in 2 days...put it all back in one day though.

  29. Here we go again...

Around the world in 8 days.

How much weight you will lose will depend on your body structure...Height, Weight, body fat composition etc.

What I can guarantee you is that your body will prepare itself for starvation and anything you EAT... And I mean ANYTHING... will be stored as fat... and your body will metabolize your muscles to decrease the use of energy.

You might start your diet with 150 pounds and 15% body fat and end it with the same 150 pounds... Only now you have 20% body fat.

    My advise... DON'T DO IT...

Get that lazy but to the GYM and work it off...

  30. Depends on your weight now....You may gain weight from the water depending on what you eat of those 400 calories.

Assuming you have some fat to lose, I would say about 2-5 lbs if you eat vegetables and protein with little sugar in those 400 calories
