How much weight will i lose?

run/jog for 40 minutes everyday.

so like 40 minutes of workout.

some cardio.

and just like walking around and stuff.

and eat like 900 calories a day.

also, drink ALOT of water.

and yeah.

about how much weight will i loose by the 26?

approx: 14 days.

if it helps im 5'4'' and 120lbs.

and im not "restricting" myslef to 900 calories.

i usually eat that, and im fine.

anyway, how much?

  1. according to your BMI, your weight is perfect at around 20. running/jogging is hard at 40 minutes because i can only go for 20-25 without dying haha. you would lose a bit, but not much - maybe like 1-1.5 kilos a week so thats about 3 kilos = 6-8 pounds

    goodluck, and make sure you sweat heaps (and drink at least 2 litres of water a day)

    Well, first of all, don't eat any less than 2000 calories.

    You'll be starving yourself, and your body will hold on to whatever fat it has. (And what little it seems for you)

    My father, a doctor, and an avid gym enthusiast, told me that people my age should do their exercises, or "work outs" and depending if they want to gain/lose weight, eat at a certain time. To lose weight, wait a while, say 20-30 minutes, to gain weight, eat around 5-10 minutes. (As long as you can keep it down of course!)

    Drinking water is absolutely the best. Don't drink to much though, over hydrate yourself and you might die.

    Try to set yourself a goal. Don't try to lose as much as possible, find a realistic goal, say...10 pounds within 14 days? Something like that.

    If you eat 2,000 calories a day, work out once or twice a day for at least 30 minutes each, and it has to be an intense work out, you should lose around 10 pounds. Just try to stay off of junk food for the time being.

  5. like you said dont restrict yourself but you're not going to loose weight if you workout then you go eat chocolate or greasy foods. and try to cut out sodas all together

    id say 6 lbs
