run/jog for 40 minutes everyday.so like 40 minutes of workout.some cardio.and just like walking around and stuff.and eat like 900 calories a day.also, drink ALOT of water.and yeah.about how much weight will i loose by the 26?approx: 14 days.if it helps im 5'4'' and 120lbs.and im not "restricting" myslef to 900 calories.i usually eat that, and im fine.anyway, how much?
