  5. non though u would get some good tonsillitis. if u don&#039;t eat anything for a week the body will feed on what&#039;s inside of you and when u start eating again the weight will be exactly the same. just eat healthy and exercise easiest way out i say.  

  6. you might lose a little but you&#039;ll put it straight back on as soon as you start eating again. It&#039;s also a very unhealthy way to lose weight and you would feel terrible. Weak and dizzy, you wouldn&#039;t be able to think well, etc. Your body was not designed to run without fuel.

    If you want to lose weight, eat plenty of fruit and veges-especially raw, and legumes. Foods with a low GI are healthy for you and will keep you feeling full for longer which will lessen the need to eat as much. Drink heaps of water! It will flush out your system and you may find you don&#039;t eat as much since alot of the time we feel hungry we are actually just thirsty.

  7. First of all. You loose 0-3 pounds. You would also get really REALLY sick. How also have higher risks of starving yourself to death. Your body would react frantically and you would feel terrible that week and the next following month. The only thing I recommend, is to not do it.

  10. well when i got my tonsils removed... i didnt eat fr about a week.

    the only thing i had was water.

    and a bowl of ice cream.

    and i droped 15 pounds.

    BUT.

    to loose weight heathily. you need to eat small portions and eat only the heathly stuff.

    also accompanied by exercize.

    starving yourself can lead to fainting.

    and belive me.

    i did pleantly of that with out the nurishment my body needed.

    be smart and dont stop eating.

    just eat healthy.

  14. You are out of your mind if you do not eat for a week. You will most likely land in the hospital being feed more than normal to get back most of the weight you lost. You will need lots of vitamins and other supplements to make up what your body has lost.

  17. it depends on how much your body adapts to the fasting.  Your body will slow its metabolism in a period of starvation, meaning that it will burn calories very slowly AND it will burn a lot of muscle instead of burning fat.  By using that strategy, you put your body into survival mode.  Survival mode = 1)conserve and store fat 2) conserve energy (burn as few calories as possible)

    That&#039;s a terrible way to lose weight.  When I say terrible, I mean not only is it unhealthy, but it&#039;s also ineffective in the long run.

    You don&#039;t need a shortcut, you need a good strategy.

  18. It depends on multiple factors, like your metabolism, you liquid intake (you can bypass hunger for a week but not thirst), your calorie loss, extreme temperature might be a factor. Also if you have any stomach issues while you are not eating could be a factor.

    This practice can be very dangerous as anyone can become very sick, become anemic, pass out, or even death is a possibility.

  19. i wouldn&#039;t even try that because your body needs the energy that food pervades it an it would be an unhealthy way to loose weight and you can try and like and you have a health issue that you cant control you can become anxiety if you would like loosing weight like that and that&#039;s not the way to go go to the website www.sparkpeople.com and they will give you some ideas and go to a doctor count your collieries and dont starve yourself....
