  1. it is not about weight.. it is the timing and perfect spot... sometimes it is about a very good body motion...just look how manny pacquiao punches... the leverage on the hips..

  2. There is actually very little known about what exactly causes a knockout, or how much force (not weight) is required, but many agree it has to do with minor trauma to the brain stem. This usually happens when the head rotates sharply, often caused by a strike. So the angle and point of contact may be just as important as the actual force of the punch.  A common misconception is that a knockout is caused by compression put on the carotid arteries in the neck restricting blood flow, but this is in fact how a choke out works. A basic principle of boxing is to defend against this vulnerability by keeping both hands raised about the face.

  3. It's the speed and  power  combined   and it depends on the weight  difference .

  4. yous gotta be bigger than him...

  5. By Hitting in the chin, Jaw line, Temple or Rib area.

Forget about being bigger. If you are big you will possess more power but in boxing true fact is that people who are skinny or tall wiry framed boxers usually possess big knockouts...

eg: Thomas Hearns, Felix Trinidad, Alexis Arguello.

Focus the hit on the vulnerable parts of the body so the brain goes into shock.

  6. It depends on the individual being knocked out and the person doing the knocking out.  though i believe a contact right on the chin to cause a twisting motion of the neck works very very well.
