i am doing the 5 4 3 2 1 diet for 2 weeks and bike riding 9 miles every day how much am i going to lose in 2 weeks i just want a #

im 13 wiegh 134 5 foot3

i already tried diet and fitness and got nothing

  1. You do realize that you are posting in the pregnancy and parenting section?


  2. Nobody can give you a number.  Everyone's metabolism is different, and not everyone loses weight or builds muscle mass at the same rate.  And in the first phases of any diet, a lot of the "weight" that is lost is really just water, not fat.

    Besides, the focus should be on getting into shape, not obsessing over the number that appears on the scale.  Muscle weighs more than fat, and if you are combining diet and exercise, you are hopefully burning fat while at the same time, building muscle.  So you can lose a lot of inches and gain some definition, but the scale may not move as much as you would expect it to.

  3. I don't know what that diet is but if you could possibly lose 3-5 lbs in that two week stretch. Drink lots of water.
