I'm a skinny 15 year old, I'm 6'0ft, and weigh 115.
I think I really look like a weakling at school because my arms don't really look strong. h**l I admit it, I am not strong lol.
So how much will it benefit me?
Is doing 50 push ups for 3 hours every day necessary? Or is it a waste to do that much? Help, I'm tired of looking like a weakling. D=!
