How much will Directv charge me for new service, i don't understand the fine print.?

Through some calculations I've kinda made, For this package i would end up paying some $189.00 Dollars per month.

The Pluse HD Dvr Package

you will pay $49.99 month (with DVR serives)

FOR THE 2ND AND EACH ADDITIONAL RECEIVER you will pay $4.99month

To access DIRECTV HD programming, HD Access fee $9.99 month.

So let say you get one (1) HD-DVR receiver and two (2) standerd receiver's
