iam 5'8, 15 years old and 170 pounds, I need to lose atleast 30 pounds in 1 month and i dont care how unhealthy it is"Best way to lose weight is by losing 2-3 pounds a week"GET REAL!I dont care if its unhealthy: her is my weight plan below and i will eat this everyday!!SInce i am muslim and ramadan is comming up I cant eat lunch!Breakfast: 1- 1 egg without yolk2- 1 hotdog w/o bun3- 1oz of cheddar cheseDinner:1- 1 cup slad (3g carbs) with low fat dressing (0g of carbs)2- Hot dop without bun3- Diet coke (1 glass)and I will drink 6-7 glasses of water!Please help and tell me how much i will be able to lose1Ty- Hajra B
