How much will I lose by doing this?

iam 5'8, 15 years old and 170 pounds, I need to lose atleast 30 pounds in 1 month and i dont care how unhealthy it is

I dont care if its unhealthy: her is my weight plan below and i will eat this everyday!!

SInce i am muslim and ramadan is comming up I cant eat lunch!

Breakfast:

1- 1 egg without yolk

2- 1 hotdog w/o bun

3- 1oz of cheddar chese

Dinner:

1- 1 cup slad (3g carbs) with low fat dressing (0g of carbs)

2- Hot dop without bun

3- Diet coke (1 glass)

and I will drink 6-7 glasses of water!

Please help and tell me how much i will be able to lose1

  2. Its not a question of whether the weight loss is healthy or not.  Your body needs at least 1200 calories per day or your metabolism starts shutting down.  When your body thinks its starving, it stops burning calories and starts hoarding them.

    Eat 1200 calories/day and get some exercise.  A pound of weight loss requires you to burn 3500 calories.  Most people need 2000 calories/day.  So if you really think you can burn a pound a day, best of luck to you.

  3. I feel not much; hotdog have around 300 cals and lots of fat.

    How about substituting hotdogs with turkey dogs they have 30 % less fat

    and around 80 cals each so you can have 2.

    Diet coke will actually be harmful for you as it leads to accumulation of stomach fat.

    Why don't u have fruits such as berries, apples, oranges etc. or a cup of fruit juice (120 cals).

    Tip:- Low fat mayo has fewer calories than Low fat ranch.

    Maybe if you feel it tough to stick with the diet make a turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread, low fat mayo 1 tsp, lettuce and turkey ham (30 cals).

    Hot Dogs Are God Because They Have Protein.

    If You Dont Exercise At All With Only Diet, You Should Lose 10-15 Pounds A Month

    Your Eating Twice A Day So Each Meal Should Be 500-600 Calories.

    Geussing By Your Schedhule, I think Your Eating 400-500.

    Thats 800-1000 Calories A Day.

    So 2-4 Pounds A Week.

  5. try just eating dinner and drinking porten shakes every hour and half mix it with water you can just eat dinner or a late lunch you can eat what ever you want for that one dinner or late lunch but it has to be with in the hours of 2pm to 6 good luck you well drop a lot of weight this way  

  6. You'll definitely lose weight by eating that little. However, you WILL either gain it back when you start eating normally again (due to the drastic changes your metabolism will undergo from this drastic diet) or you will starve yourself to death. I hate to scare you, but if you want to have such an extreme diet, you need to know what the consequences are.

  7. cut out the coke ..diet coke makes you crave sweets and eat six small meals rather than 2 and you need to exercise
