How much will I lose in this diet plan?

I DONT CARE IF ITS UNHEALTHY! PLZZ JUST TELL ME!! i dont need a lecture!

Breakfast: Orange

Snack: celery

Lunch: Apricot

Snack: Carrots (3-4)

Dinner: Celery and apple

Snack: Carrots (2)

This will be done 10 days (max), and will consist of 1 mile runs, and 30 minute walk daily!

I will drink 8 glasses of h20

  1. in 10 days, it is hard to lose much weight....i would say you'll probably lose 4 pounds or so. as long as you drink plenty of water, the weight you lose will probably be permanent as opposed to just water weight...


  2. Your basically starving yourself and it will be very very very hard to do mile runs and stick to this for 10 days and you might lose 6 or 10 pounds but you will probably regain it back again after this whole diet thing is over. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this but its up to you.
