I really need to lose 15 pounds in 4 days is it possible?

Ill eat:

Sugar free Jello (40 caLORIES)- only 1

Celery (like 2)

Thats all ill eat per day (for 4 days) and will walk 30 minutes, and possibly run on tredmile (1 mile) in 10-15 min!, so is it possible to lose that much weight in 4 days!! its only for 4 days so dont give me a lecture about how unhealthy it is!!! PLZZ HELP!!

  1. Everything is possible.  But do you really want to take the risk of having depression and weight bouncing into double after that?

    Morning:  Go to run 1 hour in treadmill.  If you are around 30, please keep your heart rate above 140.  Then stretch your muscles.  Go to steam room for 10 minutes, drink a lot of water then.  Then 30 minutes relax.  Drink half quart of milk.  1 slice of bread or a bowl of oatmeal.  1 boiled egg.  1 Multivitamin.  1 banana.  Then relax again.  Do whatever you need to do.  

    Lunch:  Green Salad, no oil, no mayo, can have some salt and pepper, sardines or salmon or any fish you like, rice or pasta, 1/2 of your regular portion, a nice cup of tea without milk and sugar.

    Tea time/snack:  Fruit, 1/2 of it.

    Swim 45 minutes before your dinner.

    Dinner:  No carb, steam chicken without oil, steam vegetable with few drop of oil, some salt and pepper.

    The above cannot help you lose 15 pounds in 4 days.  But 6 to 8 pounds at least.  Running on treadmill when heart rate over 140 will burn your fat and calories, swimming will stretch your body.  You should be look like losing 15 pounds and even the clothes you can't fit in which should be ok by then.  This intensive exercise will cause you muscle pain.  Make sure to drink some alkaine drink to balance the acidity in your body.  Gatorade can help to balance your blood sugar after your exercise and delay your hungry feelings.

    Again, for any sudden losing weight is dangerous to life.  Visit a doctor beforehand or afterward is high recommended.  Heart disease or high blood pressure should never take any risk of the above.  If you can afford, should hire a physical instructor to guide you through.

  2. You wont loose 15 pounds, and anything that you do loose you will gain it all right back if not more... seeing that you are depriving your body of fat. When you aren't giving your body any fat your body will go into starvation mode. It will slow down you metabolism and hold onto every piece of fat you have in your body. Your body will actually start eating your muscle before it will eat the fat. If you wanted to loose weight before school started you should have thought about it a lot sooner. Like the beginning of summer. If you want to loose weight you have to eat foods that are high in fiber but low in fat and calories. And you have to eat small meals, but more frequently to speed up your metabolism. I lost 15 lbs in a month by weight watchers. Oh yeah... and by the way... celery has nothing in it... you can actually eat as much celery as you want... it takes more calories to digest a piece of celery then it actually has in it. (negative calorie food).  

  3. uuhhmm wow all i can say if u keep that up u might lose the weight but ther's nothing else that u can do ur starving ur self and running a lot all i can say is just keep this in ur mind and say it over and over in ur head while u exercise "i will lose 15 pounds in 4 days" keep repeating it over and over in ur head and u might lose the weight just a tought hope u lose the weight in 4 days good luck buddy  

  4. Forget the Jello. If you eat only Jello, you get no nutritional value from it, and your body will go into starvation mode. When that happens, your metabolism slows down and your body holds onto everything it can. It saves the fat so that it can survive the starvation.

    Eat 5 - 6 small meals of fresh organic raw fruits and vegetables per day. Your body will respond by speeding up your metabolism because now it's getting plenty of highly nutritious food on a regular basis. To your body this means "with all this good stuff coming in, I can dump all this other stuff that I've been saving". You'll start shedding fat, as well as the built up sludge in your intestines.

    Most people have 10 - 30 pounds of build-up in their intestines.

  5. Your best bet is loosing your water weight. On the last day especially, drink no water. During that time, sit in a sauna checking your weight in 20 min increments. If you can not access a sauna, a hot car (trying to be creative) would also work. I wouldn't do or try any heavy cardio to loose the water weight. Because during high levels of physical activity, water is kinda important. Professional fighters do this the night before they have to weigh in. Once hydrated, the weight will come back as fast or faster then it left.

  7. I'm gonna say no, its not possible. I've done almost that same thing (maybe not as drastic) but it only worked off about 5 pounds. That was it and that was a few months ago. i lost the 5 pounds right away, like after 3 days. But after a week or so of that i lost nothing. So i ate more (like a normal person) and gained all the weight back.

    so to answer your question, i dont think it's humanly possible to loose 15lbs. in 4 days. sorry.
