How much will I pay for a cell phone?

Ok well our cell phone service is Alltel and my family all have cell phones but me! We have the family plan so we will jsut add a line for me. That's no problem. I just want a flip phone so I'm looking at the samsung Muse and The LG AX300. Well at the website it says its only .99 for one and 14.99 for the other one. But that is only for the online offer and we really don't want to order online. So how much will it be at the store?

You can call an Alltell store near you and ask for the prices or you can go to the store.
