If you are receiving just $450 paypal takes 2.9% + $.30 for the transaction.  There is always a flat $.30 per transaction fee in the United States but the percentage fee reduces based on the monthly amount of money you recieve.  The percentage doesn't reduce until you've received $3000 a month.
