How much will Versailles Palace would cost now?

I just returned from a trip to France and was extremely impressed with Versailles. The Palace is so big and unbelievably luxurious that it´s hard to believe it could be recreated these days but I´,wondering how much would a place like that would cost if it was on sale these days...or how much will it cost to build one...? maybe I´ll do it someday jejejeje! J/K of course...

My favorite spot is the Castle i walk my dog there al most everyday i hope you took the full tour  of it :) for us it priceless  but if anyone wanted ot make it   billions would have to be spent do to  the gold involved in many of the rooms

France was a very wealthy country when Louis began construction on the palace.  He nearly bankrupted the country doing it.  Just think about how much the national treasury of a wealthy country would be, today, and start letting your imagination run wild!
