it depends on that where are you import from ... If from china. Maybe that would be cheaper.

hello - it Will depend on which store - coach costs less than ferragammo for example.  at woodbury they have many big names - ferragammo, prada, chanel to name a few.  the prices vary alot between the different brands, and some may be on sale for the Holiday weekend.  i would get there early though, the place gets crowded.  good luck and have fun!

It really depends on what brand you want to purchase.  You can find prices a certain percentage off and if the store wants to clear away inventory fast, they will add on 10-20% off that price.  I can guarantee that you will NOT find a $3K Chanel bag for $100.  However, you may find a Kate Spade originally retailing for $200 for $100 or even cheaper.
