I work in aviation, for an airline giving out furloughs, and as nicely as I can say it.......good luck getting a ticket for less than $1,200 or so due to oil prices. Depends on where you fly from too, which may result in fewer stops, thus moderately cheaper ticket. If you have no preference of airline, do the Expedia or Priceline thing.
