  1. You don't. You only pay the realtor if the house sells.


  2. you pay NOTHING...the realtor is responsible for any advertising HE runs-not you. That's part of being a realtor!

    You might be bound by contract to pay him a partial or full commission if you did sell the house to anyone that had already contacted the realtor while the listing was valid.

    But don't get conned into paying anything-you are not liable for expenses of the realtor. They get plenty of compensation with the commission when it sells.

  3. The term of your listing has expired.  Hence, so has the realtor's opportunity to sell it for you!

    Even if you pull it off the market and later sell it on your own, you will owe him/her (Realtor) nothing.

  5. nothing... if the house did not sell there is no commissions or fees.... I am a Realtor in the state of Ohio
