You could ask your hotel to give you a quote for a transfer arranged by them.

The cheapest I could find is 50 euros (£39) to the centre of Kusadasi with this company:

They claim not to charge extra if the flight is delayed. You can book online so relax knowing that you will be met and not have the hassle of looking and bargaining for a taxi at the airport.

you have two options,,  the taxi will cost you approx 25pounds

but you must haggle with the driver or you will be over charged

or you could get the taxi to the bus station and get the bus to kusadasi ,, this is simpler than you might think

then it would only cost the taxi fair to the bus 10pound approx

and the bus fair from the bus station to kusadasi 5pounds approx

have traveled in turkey on the buses a lot and and on my way there next week
