You want to pay someone for this. That is a small floor but a professional will have to charge some sort of minimum just because of travel and setup time. One or two time would cost as much a buying a small residential buffer. Since you give the size in Meters I assume you are not in the USA so I can't really suggest a retailer. But Major Dept. stores may have one or contact a janitor supply.
