Ok, looking on google I found that the base cost of GH4 and all instruments in the US is going to be $189, and a guitar-only bundle will be $99.

Using a converter you can get the rough prices of what it might be over here -

Full Kit = £101

Guitar bundle = £53.

But this is just a rough price.  Activision might bump up the price to around £130 (the original price for complete kit for Rock Band) just to make some profit out of it seeing as Harmonix are bringing out a new kit for Rock Band 2.
