I work in a  scap yard in liverpool there are differant type of coppers bright wire around 3500 a tonne  heavy copper tube around 3300 tonne. I dont no were above is getting 4.20 a kilo from  for covered copper as the market is actually only at 3700-3900 for clean bright wire the most expensive copper.it really depends ring around scrap yards but be careful bigger companys are known to cut your weight try little scrap yards defo in liverpool good prices people travel from ireland to weigh in there metals in liverpool good luck x*x
