I have 1 child my husband makes 150k . We live in new york, Does anyone know the max.

    17% for one child

    25% for two children

    29% for three children

    31% for four children

    at least 35% for five or more children.

  2. I'm sure your hoping for a big number on this answer board. Is this money for you or your child? You better hope, since he make 150k, he doesn't get a good lawyer, get custody and make your butt pay him child support...

  4. Anywhere from 17% to 20% of your husbands income. However, it will be up to the judge on how much he pays. It varies case to case.
