  1. My personal experience.

Normally is about 5 to 10% of the original price, and will never go more than 20% for brand new stuff.

Then they mark up at minimum 100% from the amount they bought from you.

My suggestion for you to consider.

    1. Walk in to any shop in Chinatown or people's park area which sells similar stuff.

And ask for a quote, you don't have to sell if price not right.

    2. Pawn shop - but I am not sure will they take silver and jade.

    No harm trying.

If they do, you have 2 options.

    a. Pawn and get it back sometime later.

    b. Sell it, cannot get it back.

Sincerely, I hope you can get through this crisis very soon.

    Take care.

  2. jade and silver do not have real cash value. Its in the eye of the beholder.

loooking at what you have i doubt if you will get more than  50 bucks for the lot

better you try sell  it to a friend to hold as collateral ?
