What were the circumstances of the wreck?  Why are you suing your insurance company?  No one can begin to give you an answer until you provide some details.

You will get nothing, your a minor. Money awarded is determined by damages to your person and car...and its not like winning the lottery, its for doctor bills and getting the car fixed.
