i usually eat 900ish calories, because i have a small appitite. do you think i would loose much with this diet? my rmr is 1100 cals as is i think. on top of this excersize i have 1 hour of dance a day at school, plus i use public tranit and run around alot as it is. thanks for the help!

  1. Yes, you will lose a ton of weight on this diet, but before you get excited, just know that you are losing weight in a very unhealthy way. Even if your appetite is small, your metabolism isn't. In order to properly maintain a good ratio of body fat to muscle you're gonna need to slim down slowly... one pound at a time. If you are really desperate to lose weight this plan will work however, but try replacing your skinny cow with an orange or fruit. I've found that an increased consumption of fruit can contribute directly to weight loss, give it a try. Goodluck.


  2. First of all if you are experiencing light headedness your body is telling you that it is not getting enough energy.  

    You need to be eating more than 900 calories a day, that isn't enough for the amount of activity that you are doing.  You want lots of protein and fiber to help build muscle which will help to burn fat quicker.  

    Also, in deprieving your body of these nutrients and calories it needs to run your body is going to start hording the calories that you do give it and your metabolism is going to be thrown off and you may not loose any weight at all.

    Be safe about this, because deprieving your body of the calories and nutrients that is needs can have long term effects.  But with excercise and smart food choices you can do it.  Good luck.

  3. Make sure you have a good balance of protein and Fiber as well. Also, I drink a lot of unsweetened tea to curb appetite. Try not to lost more than 2 lbs a week. Good luck.
