How much weight would i loose if i did this for a month?
(ide switch up the flavour of yogurt, maybe berries insted of other fruits; ratitoue insted of pasta; stuff like that.)
I eat 1000 cals per day as it is, and my body burns 1100 with out excersizing or living life, just chilling i burn that daily.
so how much would i loose in a month, with ocasoinal indugences (a chocolate bar or slice of pie every now and then...)
