dry whole wheat toast (100 cals)

2 celery stalks (15 cals)

Grapefruit (65 cals)

total calories – 255

dinner

2 carrots, seamed and chopped (50 cals)

1/2 cup whole wheat pasta (85 cals)

homade tomato sauce (25 cals)

½ cup tofu (90 cals)

total calories -- 250

snack

skinny cow chocolate popsicle (50 cals)

water (0 cals)

total caories – 50

total daily calories – 615

work out

20 push ups

10 crunches

50 stair leg lifts

2 hour walk

30 minute jog

Stretching

All in addition to daily dance classes at school and life in general.

How much weight would i loose if i did this for a month?

(ide switch up the flavour of yogurt, maybe berries insted of other fruits; ratitoue insted of pasta; stuff like that.)

I eat 1000 cals per day as it is, and my body burns 1100 with out excersizing or living life, just chilling i burn that daily.

so how much would i loose in a month, with ocasoinal indugences (a chocolate bar or slice of pie every now and then...)

  1. you have to know how much you need in calories per day to maintain your weight.  Find that calculator here:

    That number will include the jogging etc (that is light activity).  

    So say you need 2000 calories to maintain your weight when doing light activity.  You eat 1000 calories.  That means you are consuming 1000 calories less than you need per day to maintain your weight.

    3500 calories = one pound.  So it would take you 3 and one half days to lose one pound. (3500/1000)  or  (number of calories in a pound/total excess calories per day)= amount of days it will take to lose a pound.  You can rearrange that equation to suit your purpose!

  2. If that's what you intend to eat you'll be palid, you'll have difficulty in concentrating, and your dance classes will not be nearly as productive as if you were eating properly.

  3. you need to eat more, more calories if you are going to work out(how many times a week) the lowest should be 3 days a week and you should eat more calories after working out because your body needs to replace the calories burned otherwise you will lose good weight and the best thing to eat after a work out is some food with protein and drink chocolate milk. (chocolate milk is best recovery drink.
