Question:

How much will i lose?? i know its not very healthy.. 10 points!?

i know its not healthy but its only for 2 weeks and if i still feel like losing weight after i will eat 1000-1500 kcalories a day and all from healthy foods...

right now my diet is:

breakfast

yogurt 70 kcals

vitamin

black coffee

lunch

fish or meat or chicken grilled

salad/veggies

i try to havve salad with no oil but once i asked for no oil in the restaurant and they still added it. but i think it wont happen again

i also have a special k bar every 3 days

i drink tons of water, at least 2 cups of green tea a day, and tons of tea (black with lemon, apple cinnamon and berry)

i was also planning to have a cheat day this sunday but no more than 1200-1300kcals

do u think i should have the cheat day??

any other ideas??

and the main question how much do u think i will loose???

  3. Depends on how much you weigh. Times your weight by 7 and that's the number of calories your body will take to consistantly lose weight. Don't add a cheat day. If your body is really craving something, have it...just a small amount of it. If you can work out and burn 300 to 500 calories a day you will drop more weight. It can't be diet alone, both go hand and hand.

  4. I can't tell you how much you'll lose because you don't really give us any stats, like the state of your metabolism and how much you weigh.

    You say that you're going to do this for 2 weeks and then up your calories to maintain it. Problem is, it'll put weight back on you. Why? Eating only two meals a day will slow your metabolism considerably, so when you start to eat normally again, your body will have a hard time dealing with it.

    Instead of doing this cute little diet, just eat 5-6 small meals a day made of lean protein and natural carbs. I don't see ANY exercise listed...you know you have to do the work to get a good body, right?
