How much will i lose of my b***s ....?

im thinking of losing weight im currently a size 12/14 ( and around 5"8) and have 36 D b***s if i lose around 15-20 lbs how do you think it will affect my breast size?

  1. b***s are often the first to go. you have been blessed with D's, I wouldn't worry about losing a cup size.

  3. lol. nope. actually. if you run and are active (if thats how your trying to lose weight) it actually helps your b***s grow.. O_O' so neways. losing that much weight isnt easyyyyy .

  4. it all depends on how intense you work out, ive went from a d to a small c in about a month time but i do fitness so i would say make sure you combine diet and exercise and sweat is esential you may lose a size or even a half size

  6. The fatty 'padding' tissue in a breast is kept in shape by the tightness of the skin around it.

    If your diet causes you to lose any fat from your b*****s (usually, dieting will affect your muscle mass first), then the first sign of this will be 'sagging'. The more fat you lose from them, the lower they will droop.

    You can keep your b*****s firm by building up your chest muscles (pectorals), so that their bulk will press the breast-fat outwards. This won't work unless you are eating enough to power some heavy Bench-Presses and Flyes.

    The extra support provided by strong chest muscles will keep your b*****s from moving about so easily, making them feel more 'compact'. If their size is reduced by dieting, they will be able to move about more, so that you feel more uncomfortable.  

  7. it depends people store excess fat in diff places 4 me its my tummy and thighs 4 u it could be ur b***s but u will probs only lose about 1/2 a cup size 2 a cup size anywayz so i wouldn't worry about it 2 much  

  8. you're b***s probably wont shrink. because weight loss starts at different parts of your body and then once you've started to lose 'too much' you'll start burning fat in other places for example your b***s.  as long as you dont go overboard with your weight loss, the most you'll see is like half a cup size is my guess...or nothing at all
