How much will i lose?

I start school on the 3rd of September and i was thinking that on the 4th September i will go to the gym to go on the tredmil for about 30 minutes, if i go to the gym 3 times a week and only eat about 1000 calories a day how much will i lose in 2 weeks? x

I have no way of know how many calories you will burn, since I don't know your weight or how fast you plan to walk/run on the treadmill.  Basically, you can usually plan to lose 1-2 pounds per week with proper diet and exercise.  To lose one pound requires you burn 3500 more calories than you eat, so if you burn 500 more calories per day than you eat, you would lose one pound per week.  Keep in mind that you burn calories 24/7 just by being alive.
