  1. This will cause you to lose massive amounts of weight.

Dont think that is a positive statement, its far from it.  When you diet and exercise and lose more than 2lbs a week you are not losing more fat, you are losing your vital muscle tissue.  Muscle is metabolic.  That means that it actually help you keep weight off by burning the calories that you consume.

If you wanna lose weight then eat more protein, use a protein enhancement nutrient to help you preserve muscle tone and eat a low calorie, low carbohydrate diet.  Drink plenty of water and do cardiovascular exercises 3 times a week for an hour maximum.  Aim to lose just 2lbs a week.  This sounds low but in 3months you'll be 24lbs lighter (10.9Kg).  Thats a phenomenal amount and whats more you'll still have muscle tone that will help you keep the weight off.

PS. I do not care what weight I am just as long as I am muscular and toned and look good.  Remember, you only need feel good about yourself, to h**l what others may think about you.

    Good luck.

  2. You'll throw your body into starvation mode and weight loss will stop.  It's not realistic.  If you are serious about being healthy, do this:

Cardio - whatever you like (treadmill, outside walking, elliptical, stairmaster, bike, swimming), as long as you're not overdoing it, but feel a little sweaty and good after. Aim for 30 mins 3-4 times a week.

Strength - lift, lift, lift! Pick up a fitness magazine (oxygen preferably, shape if you can't get oxygen), get some 5lb weights, and follow the routines in there - they'll tell you what and how much to do. It's a good way to start.

Eats - don't skip meals. Protein, complex carbs (google that term if you need to), and plenty of fruits and veggies. Aim for 2 cups of fruit and 3 cups of veggies per day. Give yourself a cheat meal once a week if it helps - but be careful within that - if you're craving McD's, just get a happy meal, if you would like to devour a DQ blizzard, get a small one. You may find that a cheat meal derails your efforts, so it's only something to think about. You may also find that 100 calories of junk per day helps - and there are lots of fudgesicles, or 100 calorie packs of snack foods out there. Again, you may find that it's a trigger to keep on eating, but they're just ideas.

    Water - lots.

    Sleep - regular.

  3. haha no offense but the "only veggie" idea suckks.

    you need protein.

    eat 3 apples a day.

Drink low fat chocolate milk to repair muscle damage.

    Eat chicken soup.

    I'm not quite sure why:)

I think I read that in a magazine.

  4. You need to have a proper balanced diet and not just eat veggies. You should also aim to drink lots of water as well.

  5. Oh, you could lose weight and ruin your body at the same time. How about just peanut butter and running? You could try the baby food and laxative diet, no exercise needed for this one! Anything you can dream up will not work. What's wrong with three balanced meals a day? There are people starving in the world, and not on purpose.

    Mirror, mirror, on the wall.
