How much will i need?

Question

I am catering a party for 100 guests and not sure how much food i need i put down for

30 ham sandwiches (cut into quarters)

20 ham cobs

30 cheese sandwiches

20 cheese cobs

30 egg mayo sandwiches

20 egg mayo cobs

8 quiches cut up

200 sausage rolls

100 cheese and onion rolls

200 sausages on sticks

cheese and pineapple

50 bags of crisps

6 family pizzas cut up

4 big pasta bowls

120 chicken bites

will this be enough or do i need more and im not doing pudding either no one seems to want them lol

any answers appreciated

I would get a 25lb turkey-cook it up-put it on a plater in the middle WITH all of the above and you should be fine! Good Luck!

i would also recommend asking deli's or some pizza places are willing to make one large sandwich with different ingred. on different quarters...goes great at party's

150 sandwiches for 100 people + extras?

You're gonna have a lot of leftovers,

... unless they're teenagers.

You might want to get a large vegetable fruit platter too.... You can make it yourself fairly cheap... and make a dip out of sour cream and diced chives (easy)   yummy
