How much will it cost for 3 people to go to Chicago from England for a week with tourism, food and transport?

I am 14 (15 in september) and i'm interested about going to Chicago in a couple of years with my sister (26 at moment) and brother in law (25 at mo). How much do you think it will cost me (as it will cost me for flight, transport and my own food) to go there and have spending money. Also this is including hotel for a week.

im trying to book just flights to chicago for my brother and me for july the cheapest im finding is 700 pounds each-thats without anything else. Its impossible to say how much it will cost in a few years
